Managing Director

 Jasmine has shy of four years of experience within one of the most challenging and fast-paced recruitment sectors within the industry, before pivoting to Rec2Rec.

To summarize, she is 21 years old and started recruitment as what was initially supposed to be a stop gap between her A-levels and the university path - However at 18 years old, she became the top performer of the company, breaking her first ever company record in Q2 of her joining; that was standing for six years prior...unbeaten. 

Her success within the field as a consultant and later mentor, was not short-lived. Our Director has trained a team of 7 entry-level consultants. Jasmine is an outstanding leader, mentor and success story that highlights recruitment does not have an age, instead her credentials stem from hard work and industry led relationships. She is passionate about making placements, but even more passionate about the gym. When she is not servicing clients, prospecting or closing a deal - Miss Kaur is in the gym, focusing on self-development and becoming the best person and professional that she can be. 

Founder & Managing Director

 Laks founded Shark & Co with a track record within the graduate rec2rec market. The business now services clients with senior talent as well as entry level.

However, prior to this, Laks would focus solely on the latter. Quickly, her success within the London market became apparent to clients and her reputation began to grow. Within the first month of Laks starting as a Rec2Rec, she billed more than any other consultant within the 65-man business, breaking company records for the highest billing new starter within the firm, but also on team London. Thus, making over 10 perm placements within her first three weeks of joining the business. She obtained employee of the month as the new starter, consecutively held top performer of the business and decided it was time to take the recruitment plunge to found Shark & Co.

Work means everything to Laks, she prides herself dearly on the friendships she has forged with those that were once clients and candidates that were once placements.
